How it works
The tool calculates geometric volume and divides the total by the entered mix ratio. Product instructions and maximum pour depth always take precedence.

How to use Resin Mix
- Choose the mould shape and enter its internal dimensions.
- Enter the product’s mix ratio and any density or waste allowance requested by the tool.
- Weigh or measure each part using the method specified by the resin manufacturer.
Common questions
- Can I swap a weight ratio for a volume ratio?
- Not unless the manufacturer explicitly says they are equivalent. Resin and hardener often have different densities.
- Does the calculator account for maximum pour depth?
- No. Always follow product limits for pour depth, temperature, ventilation, and protective equipment.
