Kitchen+ Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 September 2026

Kitchen+ is a collection of cooking calculators and timers published by Naughty Bear Labs. This policy applies to the Android application com.app.kitchenplus.

Your cooking data

Calculations, ingredient entries, saved batches, favourites, language preferences and timer details are processed and stored on your device. We do not operate a backend for the app, require an account, or upload your recipes. Android cloud backup is disabled for this app. You can delete saved batches in the app, or erase all local data using Android's Clear storage action or by uninstalling the app.

Advertising

Kitchen+ contains advertising provided by Google AdMob. Google's advertising SDK may collect and share IP addresses (which can be used to estimate general location), device identifiers including advertising ID, ad and app interactions, diagnostics and performance information for advertising, fraud prevention and measurement. Google processes this information under its own policies:

How Google uses information from partner services.

Where applicable, Google's User Messaging Platform asks for your privacy choices before ad requests are permitted. When required, you can revisit those choices through Settings → Advertising privacy choices. The calculators remain available if you decline optional consent or are offline.

Optional Remove ads purchase

Kitchen+ offers a one-time Remove ads purchase through Google Play. Google handles payment and stores the purchase with your Google account under its privacy policy. We do not receive your card number or bank details. The app receives purchase information, including the product identifier, purchase token, signed receipt and purchase status, to verify and acknowledge the purchase and restore access. The signed receipt is stored locally so an already verified purchase can remain active offline. It is not sent to an app backend or used for advertising. Google Play provides developers with order and transaction information in Play Console for purchase support, refunds and accounting.

Banner ads are removed when a completed purchase is verified. On later app launches, the app checks Google Play for ownership changes, including refunds. Use Settings → Restore purchase with the same Google Play account after reinstalling or changing devices. Clearing app storage deletes the local receipt, but does not cancel the purchase. Pending payments do not remove ads until completed. See Google's privacy policy.

Timers and permissions

Notification permission allows timer alerts. Alarms & reminders access allows precise background timer scheduling. The app stores timer labels and deadlines locally and restores active timers after a device restart. These permissions are not used to upload cooking information. Alert sound is subject to your notification, volume and Do Not Disturb settings.

Clipboard and external links

Tapping Copy results writes only the selected calculation results to the system clipboard. The app does not read your clipboard. Opening a source link launches an external browser, where the destination website's policies apply.

Audience

Kitchen+ is a general-purpose cooking utility intended for people aged 13 and above. It is not directed to children under 13.
