About this tool
How it works
The translator uses a separate orthographic and syllable-aware rule set for each language game. Punctuation and common capitalisation patterns are preserved.
Example
Try “Silly secrets are better shared” in Pig Latin, or switch to Italian Farfallino and enter “Casa, è bella!”.
Private by default
The calculation or transformation happens in this browser. There is no account, and the values you enter are not sent to NaughtyBear Labs.
How to use Pig Latin
- Choose Pig Latin, Farfallino, Jeringonza, Javanais, or Löffelsprache.
- Type or paste a sentence; the selected language-game rules are applied as you type.
- Copy or share the result. The original text and translation stay in this browser.
Common questions
- Is Pig Latin a real language?
- No. It is a family of spoken word games, and communities sometimes use slightly different rules.
- Why can another translator produce a different result?
- Traditions differ on consonant clusters, vowel openings, punctuation, and borrowed words. This tool uses a consistent documented rule set for each game.
